There doesn't seem to be any option in experimental features to turn on "Hey Facebook" to trigger voice commands. I have a Meta account and I'm using a Quest 3. Seems to work fine on my Quest 2.
Hey @PeterCTucker, I have just received word from our internal team.
They have confirmed that the assistant wake words 'Hey Facebook' are currently not implemented to the Quest 3.
As for a time frame when they'd add it, I don't really have access to that information. I do suggest posting in the Ideas board since our engineers roam through there for any features to bring out a bit later on though.
