my account was suspended because i didnt enter id or passport information about a year ago.
i already tried to get my account back but i didnt have enough information for them. I only knew my email that was linked to the suspended account. I now just want to make a new account on the meta quest 2 but i cant because the a message pops up saying "Login to another device and enter code shown" in my VR Headset. I tried factory resseting but it "blocked me" from doing so. i really dont know what to do. All i want to do is to be able to play on the headset. Although it would be great if i can get my account back but my main stuff is to get rid of that message so i can actually do things on the headset.
