"Take Action" email received account

I've been receiving several emails stating that I need to take action to avoid having my son's account disabled. I've read multiple forum posts here about resolving the issue, but I unfortunately can't seem to get to where I need to be in my account settings. I'm clicking on the "Get Started" button provided in the email and I'm taken to my Meta account. But I don't know where I need to go from there to resolve this issue. I feel as though I've looked through all of the settings available to me and I cannot find where I need to go to verify my age or whatever Meta is wanting me to do.
