"Touch" idle time need to also take in account buttons and analog sticks

Hi, they're is one thing which puzzle me strongly from day one but never had time to speak about it (and didn't find other threads on this topic) : Touch idle time not including button press or Stick movements.
It took exactly 60 seconds for our favorite input devices to go on idle when you don't move them. My problem is not really this (short) time which I'm sure save our batteries, it's the fact button press and Stick movement are not take in account in the timeout algorithm to put them to sleep mode.
Let's say I'm in AirCar and float around using only both Analog Stick and buttons, and without moving my hands, and boom, one of my Touch, or both, go to sleep, and I need to shake hands to wake them and avoid a building. Same happened every time with X-Rebirth VR when I'm waving my right Touch to drive my ship, and want to strafe with my left Touch Analog Stick to avoid a collision. Boom, the left touch was sleeping and it took few seconds to wake it up.
Another example if needed : Using my right Analog Stick to scroll down to read a long post on a web site and suddenly no answer from the Touch because my hand wasn't moving, but I was using the Stick one second ago.

So if that's technically possible (it depends where this timeout is detected I guess, on sensors, or in Touch themselves) please include Sticks movements and buttons press in the 60 seconds timeout algorithm as it sound pretty logical to me (IMHO).

Think about it Oculus Devs, and keep the good work.

Yeah, Ultrawings also. Again yesterday scrolling down by small step on a thread and suddenly I went top down because right Touch goes to sleep when I had the stick down. That's pretty annoying.

Good news; @cybereality has reported that they're working on a fix:
