So I went to add a payment method to my account to buy a game for my Oculus Quest, and I put in all the info of my gift card, selected "Add", and then a window pops up saying "Unable to Add Payment Method." I even made sure all the info I put in was correct. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I have a similar problem, tried to buy the Oculus Quest today, but paying with either my credit card or Paypal resulted in an error. I then went ahead and created an Oculus account and linked it to Facebook, but paying while being logged into that account didn't work either. I did add a payment method directly to my Oculus account without any problems, but that payment method is not being used when purchasing hardware (you have to re-enter your details). I have the feeling my account got flagged for some weird reason.
Same issue. Support have been terrible in providing any update. It’s now been 3 weeks and i’ve been unable to purchase anything as I cannot add cards and PayPal has been flagged.
