Holy smokes the target audience is super vague here, what a lousy forum structure - and I'm only here because the "contact" section for meta goes into an infinite inescapable loop because meta seems to pretend the Oculus Rift doesn't exist. I can't talk to real support folks because they didn't include serial numbers from the Oculus Rift I CAN'T EVEN POST THIS FORUM POST BECAUSE OCULUS RIFT DOESN'T EXIST AS A LABEL?!? There ya go, I put a fallacious label because you forced me to. ufb,bwat
Issue: There is no support contact for Oculus Rift.
Real issue: I reimaged my PC. I tried logging into Meta - and couldn't. I tried resetting my password - and couldn't. I created an account with the same email address as my old account - and could. I do not have my library. I have many games that I paid for, that I no longer have access to.
Precisely why i would have wanted to avoid this garbage system to begin with, but I digress...
I'd like to restore my previous account - specifically, the things that I paid for. The Support system does not allow me to create a ticket without what they think is a valid serial number (even though my serial is valid, it doesn't recognize it).
