Hello,

I have already contacted you by email and described my problem. 
I have a red line in my display. I have done everything that support asked of you and now I have not received a reply for days/weeks...
 
I kindly ask for quick help!!!
 
Where can I find the support ticket or number? I can't find it in the emails.

Per mail I already sent all necessary stuff.

I can´t use my Quest 3 now for a long time...
