so recently, my son received two gift cards for his birthday. The first one I did exactly what it said to do it was purchased on Amazon. It gave me a link I signed in with my email thinking that’s what his oculus was. So put in the numbers for the gift card set done. I then logged onto his account and didn’t see it so I scrolled down and saw it said redeem code so that’s how you redeem the second one it went through no problem he received the credit. So my problem is the first one that I did it somehow on my account but isn’t showing anywhere and when I try to put it back on his account, it says the gift card was already used. I’m thinking it’s because it went to my account so I can’t find anyone to contact for Meta to even ask. Thank you for any help

Gift Card credits are not transferable and non-returnable. However, you can purchase an app as a gift and send it to your son using the Gift Card credits by following the steps found here: Sending and receiving app gifts
