refund issues

I refunded The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners because it wasnt my type of game. I received the email notifying me that the refund was successful but my actual money wasnt given back, yet my store credit was. I am very confused and would like to know where my money has gone

After reviewing your account, In terms of actual money, it will take 3-5 business days after the refund date for your funds to arrive in your account.
