I have a device on my account that I dont have anymore. How do I remove it? I already did factory reset, and returned the item. I can't find anything on the app nor on my account on meta web platform.

Thank you. This finally worked for me with one exception; the link you included didn't go anywhere for me. I had to go to https://secure.oculus.com and then click devices on the left. Delete my old headset in one click. Thanks again!

I and getting “Unknown Error” when trying to remove a device from my account. Any idea how to get around this error? I removed the device from the Desktop App and also I removed the device from the Meta mobile App but on my online account I am getting an error.

Hi ChicagoFontain! Thank you for your patience as we have recently had an increase in the volume of support requests. We understand that you are wanting to have your Meta account accurately indicate the devices you have activated. When you return a device to us, the factory reset removes all your account information. The device will still be listed on your online account as a device you previously owned, however, it does take our system some time to remove it from your account. This differs from the mobile and desktop app as they only indicate the devices that are currently activated under your account. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

the device i want to remove does not show up there. it ONLY shows up in my Quest App on my iphone.
i have logged out, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and logged in, and the old device is still there.
it is NOT there when i go to the web UI.
