I have a device on my account that I dont have anymore. How do I remove it? I already did factory reset, and returned the item. I can't find anything on the app nor on my account on meta web platform.

We understand it can be challenging when new technology does not pair correctly with our mobile device. Let's go ahead and see if we can get this fixed with some basic troubleshooting.
We greatly appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have already completed. Let's change the order and see if that helps. What we would like to suggest is uninstalling the app from both your and your wife's phones and performing a hard reboot on both headsets. Once you have completed that, reinstall the app on both phones and log back into the account. We recommend connecting one device to just one mobile device.

Hi! I’ve not had my first device for over a year, and it’s still showing as a device on my account. When I try to delete the data, I get “An unknown error has occurred”. How can I remove, or at least rename as to not confuse the two?
