I have a device on my account that I dont have anymore. How do I remove it? I already did factory reset, and returned the item. I can't find anything on the app nor on my account on meta web platform.

We're trying to get a device of my wife's account onto mine. She hit factory reset but when I turn it on to connect to my device it won't let me..
