My Oculus 2 right controller not working. I am frustrated and have not used the Oculus 2 in years, as my account did not work before and I had to wait many months to make it accessible again. Immediately after fixing this problem, I encountered connection problems with the right controller, a problem that I have had for months and here too the support is as unnerving as the previous problem. I have been writing to support for months: they send me an automatic message, I reply to provide further information, and then the support disappears until they send me the usual automatic message requesting the closure of the ticket. This has been repeating cyclically for MONTHS. I have tried to dissociate the controllers from the app on the phone, the right controller also vibrates when I do this, I see the notification of firmware update complete in the Oculus, but then the controller never appears connected.
