So i have a problem, my right lens of my oculus rift doesn't work anymore, i really don't know why it doesn't work hopefully someone has an idea that might help me.
Oh no! It's pretty hard to enjoy VR when only one lens is working. That's not the experience we want for you!
First, we have a couple of troubleshooting steps you can try to see if you can get it working on your own:
Has anything changed with your setup recently? If so, that could be a cause of what's happening here. We would suggest trying to revert any changes made to see if the issue persists in this case.
Make sure your current PC setup is compatible with Rift. You can check the requirements HERE.
Check that all of your drivers are updated.
Inspect your cable for any damage (bends, twists, kinks, frays, etc.).
And if your Rift still thinks you only need one eye for VR after that, your best bet is going to be to open a support ticket HERE. The Support Team there will be able to look into any further troubleshooting, and what else we can do to get you back in the game!
