I have a screenshot showing that I was Offered the two games that I was given a refund forAs well as what I was told was $20 store credit in The quest cash.
I actually at the time was only given $10 in quest cash and I had not used it. I had instead been able to purchase the games that had to be refunded because they were never given to me Both for the price of zero.
The games were beat Saber and Blade and sorcery.
After they refunded my financed purchase of those games from a firm when I purchased the mediquest as well and they were never given to me. The games have since disappeared off my console and now I have $30 store credit and the games were already downloaded on my console.
This feels like someone's playing a game with me. I don't know if they're wanting to test my patience I suppose that's fine. Like I understand being tested Kinda like the ice ass when we were in high school but like I want those games and now I don't have the money to buy those games and I had those games for $0. I would be fine with having no store credit. I was excited. All the above and now I have An option to choose one of the games that I wanted that I purchased originally on my finance and then was given free and now I don't have and instead I have $30 Quest cash in. Lieu of the games.
I was just ranting and raving over my email and I can provide proof if that doesn't disappear that I messaged the support team and said that I was very grateful.
Now I'm not really frustrated but I am a little hurt because I really thought that I had the games and I was pleasantly surprised by the thirty-dollar store credit. I'm not trying to ask for everything for free. I don't expect it. I didn't expect to get any of them for free but when I saw that I had that happen, I was very excited for that and now it's just like really wish And all over the place and that that's really bad to give people false hope like that
I'm not sure if I said this cuz I'm not rereading through it but I was going to leave really great feedback about you guys having done that for me where I got like two games for free and I had $10 store credit. But now the games are gone. The second time around. Thinking that I've been giving them for free. And now I just have $30 store credit and a new game called Moss. And I still don't have the games that I've been attempting to get for about Twenty-six hours now.
I know I've said the same thing multiple times. I just wanna make sure I said everything the right way Though I'm not too keen on the punctuality of voice chat LOL. At least in this regard. I will provide photos for the case or ticket or whatever this may be. I'm really just trying to get blade and sorcery and beat Saber.
If you could possibly provide some sort of statement as to why maybe I haven't been able to such as like Mixed up things that things that like the CIA would cover that would be great But otherwise maybe this is just a little bit too off the cuff. At least in regards to beat Saber.
I have included my Receipt for the two games that were free. I have shown in the store that I was receiving them for free. At least one of them, the receipt says otherwise in terms of the other one I also have Shown in my library that they are not in my library. I included the two games That I searched in the library which are the two games that I've been struggling to gain ownership of for my Oculus three S.
Also I'm not even trying and I'm pretty sure that my punctuality in terms of utilizing the voice detects option feature is much better than some of your support people which I think is funny so I'd like a job if possible. No harm, no foul.
