I rolled my back two days and it's working.  When you roll it back you must turn off "auto update" for the time.  Reboot and it should work.

Yes, you must disable auto update of your date and time for this to work or it will revert to the internet time and date. Also you will not be able to access certain websites like youtube. But you can play your games. Also since Elite Dangerous requires a login to play it also will prolly not be functional.
