Hello , anyone know what this might be about? I can visit the room but it defaults to private, when i try to change it to public and confirm, it goes back to private, please advise.
Benn contacted by 3 CS reps from occulus, they are all saying the same thing, explaining to me how to change the settings. It's as if they are not reading my problems and just going to cookie cutter advice, Anyone else experience poor CS from occulus? is this just to be expected?
