how to dim screen further than in the occulus settings?
for me the screen is still too bright i get tired eys very fast. it's like watching a movie on ur pc but with all room lights turned off. I cant further use the quest if this issue isnt solved soon.
pls help, it's killing my eyes, eye strain is too much
We don't have the ability to adjust the settings beyond what is offered on the device, so we thought it could be helpful to highlight some other tools that could make the experience more comfortable for you.
Are your eyes okay once you stop playing? It could also be helpful to ensure you aren't playing in too dark of a room.

Oh no! In that case you might find it helpful to double check the contrast settings as we previously suggested - they can make whites and blacks less intense.

We hope you're able to find settings that are comfortable for you - but we don't have the ability to dim the screen any further than the settings provided within the headset. Make sure that you're playing in a well-lit environment so that there's less disruption to your eyes!
