so many problems with account

i don't know what has happened to meta but everything is breaking. because one time when i went to check something on the meta quest mobile app. it said to sign in. and i was like uhh ok i don't know why i was signed out in the first place. but when i clicked (continue with email address) and typed in my email address. it asked for a confirmation code and well i thought ok let me just check my email. because it tells me it was sent there. i end up not finding it there and i was just refreshing but still no email. so then i thought maybe my email storage was full. but it wasn't and i did not have that many emails. so then i go back to the meta app and click (enter password instead). and i always keep my passwords very organised but when i typed in my password it said (login failure). and i was confused so i did the usual things checking if i spelt it right and checking for logins on facebook. but it did not work so i kept retyping passwords and nothing changed. so i tried another meta account and it worked and sent me a confirmation code. so i do not know what is wrong with that account but somethings not working. that account is important because its logged into my quest and on the oculus pc app. and Ive had a similar problem before. like as soon as i got my quest2 it asked for a confirmation during setup and it did not show me anything i had to switch devices and try a different email before it showed me a confirmation code. so it would be great if this was fixed.                                                   i have put ALOT of detail in this message
