You may have to wait a couple of days to get a response from Oculus. They always respond eventually.
Alternatively you can chat with them live via text on you PC. On the page where you submit a support ticket there should be a button with a chat bubble in it. It can take a few minutes for them to respond, but it's much faster than a support ticket.
I have the exact same issue. I have tried many many fixes and nothing has solved it for me.
