suspended insta account after logging into oculus

hi

my instagram account has been  suspended due to linked meta account not following rules.

I only tried to log my son oculus.  I cannot access into insta to appeal as all the videos and advice out there say to do.

I did not receive any email explaining what the problem was from insta for me to respond to either .

it says to appeal in meta.  I have cancelled the link and my meta account says its in good shape yet my inseam is still down.

Does anyone know how to appeal to inset or meta I cannot find any forms on meta account to fill in and I cannot access insta
