You may be able to lump your keyboard class action in with your Oculus one to save potential solicitor fees.
Otherwise on a more serious note, if, as you say, your problem with Touch controller tracking happened in the past and has re-surfaced, there may be an issue that's not related to the latest software release.
I'm tempted to say check the batteries.

Can you be more specific about your controller tracking problem? when did it first happen... how did you fix it the first time?
Any other symptoms? are the status indicators within the Oculus software for controllers and headset all green?
All that kind of stuff helps.
