hi everyone my meta quest 3 is working great however whenever i use applications such as steam link and air link i get absolutely rubbish display quality. like its absolutely unplayable, the quality ends up looking like 166p but the meta menus and all the quest stuff looks fine, i have a capable pc (i712700kf and 7700xt) and a 100mb/s wifi speed. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for providing your PC specs. This really helps. On checking, I can see that AMD 7000 Series cards aren't currently supported for use with Quest/Air Link which would explain the issues you are getting with the 7700 XT 🎮
New GPUs are always being tested/patched for by the engineers so it is possible to see it added as a supported card in future. Any time a card does become compatible, it'll be added on to the page linked above :up_arrow:

There wouldn't be a Meta recommended workaround that they can suggest. As far as they advise, it isn't compatible. It doesn't mean that it outright will completely not work but you may see more instabilities and issues with cards that aren't on that list and aren't fully tested. Maybe someone on the community will be able to suggest a fix 🙂
You could always try contacting Meta Quest Support as they'd be able to review your log files and see if there is anything else they can see that'd be causing the issue that may not be the card just incase 🙂
100mbps isn't enough for Airlink. Wifi5 should give you at least 866Mbps, which I would regard as the accepatble minimum.
