New (main account) user: I've added a second profile to my meta quest 3 (it shows up in my Profiles list) but when the other profile user accesses "Supernatural", it asks them to pay for a subscription. Friends sent us a referral link for Supernatural and I clicked on that, and started it up and completed my first workout, So far, so good. We also received a 1-year, 1/2 price deal that came with the recently purchased headset which I don't know if it's active (I didn't activate it manually). Anyway, the other profile user can't get past being asked to pay.
As far as I know, Supernatural can only be used with a subscription. The subscription cannot be shared, meaning each account must purchase and pay for a subscription. I assume you're currently using the free trial.
Thanks, Choleni. I have a full subscription. You can invite up to 3 other profiles on the same headset. I just couldn't do that for some unknown reason. I finally got to chat with Supernatural support and they added my 2nd person manually. All good now.
