Due to an update of my two-factor authentication app, which regularly provides me with codes for my MetaQuest account, the codes are unfortunately no longer available. This means I can no longer access my account. Additionally, since I reset my system and reinstalled everything on my PC, I can no longer log in because I no longer have this code. As a result, I now have a €1,000 headset that I can no longer use. I have also searched in vain for a support contact that I could reach out to. However, I have only found this option here and I’m not sure if it will actually help me. But I’ll give it a try anyway.
