two factor authentication not working

Hi there, I have two-factor authentication enabled on my account but no longer have access to the Authenticator App or back codes. I have linked my phone and email to the account, but I keep getting stuck at the two-factor authentication part. It gives me the option to log in using the ID method, but when I receive the code, it does not work. Please help.
