I have owned a Quest 2 for the past 2 years and have had little to no issues with is until a couple months ago where I started running into tracking issues which included incorrect height estimation: i.e. I was in the ceiling in games such as phasmophobia, loss in guardian detection and more frequent tracking lost error messages. This continued to get worse until now, where i am completely unable to access any apps or home screens as the headset almost instantly ends up on the 'tracking lost' error message. I troubleshooted the headset by completing the recommended methods of fixing the issue by cleaning the cameras, changing the lighting and ensuring that there were no tv, monitor or mirror in the oculus's fov. And also factory resetting the system. The headset is still not functioning after trying all the recommended fixes and I have now came here to see if anyone has had a similar issue and am seeking advise on what the next step should be into fixing the headset? Also if this is a hardware related issue what would be the best place to send it for repairs
