I want to install the "SuperNatural fitness" app on my metaquest 2 but it's marked "not available"! How can I do this? On the oculus app on my android, SuperNatural simply doesn't appear, even when I search for it using its name! thanks for your help

From the Supernatural website itself, they state "Available in US and Canada (more countries soon)".
If you do live in the US or Canada, then can you please try the following troubleshooting to see if it helps:
Turn off your headset completely.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

I will join this topic. I just get quest 3 with population one , fitxr and SUPERNATURAL. But i cant find supernatural in my library. Other apps showup.

Please keep in mind that Supernatural is only available in the US or Canada at this time. If you are in the US or Canada, make sure you visit the store page for Supernatural to download the application. Since it is a free to download application you will not need to purchase it to download it. It is subscription based at the moment, so for issues with payments or subscriptions, please contact Supernatural support.

Hey again @Cotekh, have you had the opportunity to visit the store page for Supernatural and "Get" the game? As mentioned, since it is a free application that currently relies on a subscription, you will not need to purchase the application to install it. Just let us know if you are still having issues locating the app in your headset!

That's a bummer because Meta owns Supernatural. You should make it available for all your customers where the Quest is available. The competition is coming!
