unable to install SuperNatural

Hello,

I want to install the "SuperNatural fitness" app on my metaquest 2 but it's marked "not available"!
How can I do this?
On the oculus app on my android, SuperNatural simply doesn't appear, even when I search for it using its name!

I will also join this topic as I believe there's a BIGGER problem! I purchased a new Meta Quest 3 headset with the Supernatural fitness app as a bundle 3 weeks ago and have never been able to redeem/activate the app! I've been in a constant loop with meta's "AI bots" who obviously are NOT able to resolve the issue! YES I live in the United States, and as I said I've tried EVERYTHING the bots have recommended (including reaching out to the Supernatural team)! Because of Meta's 30 day refund policy, it looks like I'm going to have to return a $600 headset over not being able to get a resolution with activating the Supernatural application! To me, the problem is NOT with the app, it's that "non business" customers are not valuable enough for Meta to expense the cost of having human intervention!

After not getting help with a problem with a Supernatural subscription that I paid for that Meta couldn't figure out how to resolve (they cancelled my supernatural subscription in error before I could activate it and did NOTHING to fix it for 3 weeks), I followed their instructions for returning my order (Meta Quest 3 headset with Supernatural subscription). NOW THEY ARE HAVING A PROBLEM REFUNDING MY $600 AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING THEY'VE RECEIVED THE RETURNED ORDER! it's been 7 days and they can't explain what's  going on with returning my money! Man I wished I'd done research on how this company functions (nothing but bots talk to their customers, people never get support to issues, no option to actually talk ro a human)! I'm posting this to hopefully help someone smarter than I was who might be researching how Meta works before making purchases from them! IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM, PLEASE DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!
