unable to make a return

I can't return a strap band for my son.

I orderded it at 19 july. We received it on 25 july. The next Day in the meta store app it's not positie to return. It says that the return limit time is over (25 aug) but this date is over 2 weeks. 

I get automatic mail from support, but no answer back.  

I Just need return labels. After many emails i still don't get help. Can someone help me with this?
