We bought the VR from Amazon. I suspect someone has activated it and returned it. Is it worth returning the set to Amazon and buying it again from Meta directly? I dont want to have the same issues again. Reaching out to Meta for support has not helped.
when you go to the meta store within the headset, does it say to buy or redeem Batman?
I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.
