well, I bought oculus quest 2 in korea and I could not find some apps that i interested in like VRCHAT on oculus store, i wonder, can I use vpn on my phone to get it from oculus mobile app or can doing it like get me banned, if so, then what can I do? HELP

it says app is not available in your region (korea) in oculus store. However I can download vrchat to my pc from its official website, then why is it not available in oculus store? Besides I found some articles that says using vpn for oculus products can get your hardware banned? I dont wanna lose my money espicially I bought it new haha
