I just received my Quest 3s today and I just started connecting and setting it up. After connecting to Wi-Fi, it keeps getting stuck on the "Set up in Meta Quest mobile app" and "Application Software Update" messages. Remove the strip and completely restart the unit.
Confirm that the headset is powered on and the mobile device is paired with the headset, but the headset screen is stuck and does not display the pairing code.
This has been a problem for multiple users without a solid solution. Been trying to update for the last 10 hours and nothing has changed. Still stuck on software update prompt where there is an image of a lady looking into the headset. Also suggesting the user to explore the app. It says the headset will poduce a chime or sound after it is complete but that hasn't happened either.
Exact same issue here. First boot one hour ago. Device stucked in upgrade.
