Hello, I encountered a problem 2 months ago when purchasing. the headset is simply updated endlessly. I set the new firmware version to download and it downloads endlessly. Today it was updated all night and still the same. and even if I exit the update tab in the settings and then go back, the download ends or is interrupted and everything needs to be downloaded again. Resetting to factory settings did not help. Can you please provide the update file for the sideload and download instructions? this is my last reliable 😞
Do you know how to sideload? It is a bit risky and you would need a computer with adb for that. Besides that the developer mode needs to be activated. You can download the firmware on this Website
