usb update mode loop in quest 3s

My new quest3s stuck on usb update mede loop after first update, when I check SN on the Store Support the following message appears: "It looks like your Quest device is not affected. If you are having other issues with your device, please contact Meta Store support."

Are there any options or is the only thing left to do is to send the VR back?
