I'm trying to help my friend with her issues with quest. Trying to start dungeons of eternity leads to eternal loading while connecting to vrchat gives an user proof check error. I seen a few posts with the error "user proof check Timeout during fetching DSAT" but i'm getting user proof 500 instead which is a bit different. Tried to turn off the router for 10 seconds and then power it on again, since this is something i have seen recommended as a solution, after that the error message changed to "unable to resolve host graph.oculus.com", so it seemed like it did not find that address. Tried going to the address in the browser and it successfully connected to the endpoint and it responded with invalid oauth access token. This is what I get when i try to go to that url on my quest where it is working too, so it seems like this is not an issue. Now we tried vrchat again and the same 500 error was back.
From this i think we can conclude that it tries to do a user authentication against oculus but the server responds with the code 500, internal server error?
Next troubleshooting step was to switch to my account (the admin account on the quest) on the same quest and the same network, and connect with her vrchat user. That worked fine. So by this i think we can conclude that the issue happens when her oculus user try to authenticate against oculus on her quest. I tried to login to her oculu account on my quest (we live in different places) and login to vrchat and that worked without problem.
Any advice on how to resolve this? Are there any logs anywhere i can supply to assist with troubleshooting?
