Since updating to v62 on my Quest 2 I get notifications of updates at Power Off time. Perhaps as frequent as every 2-4 days. A check prior to shutting down of the Software Updates in settings shows no update available.
At times Updating screen will stay on there for hours and a check of my WiFi router will show the headset is not connected.
Other times after many minutes the headset shuts down. Upon restarting there is no "Chip" icon indicated updates are being installed and after the headset has started there is no indication that anything has been updated. Software and OS versions are unchanged in settings, no new features or changes to existing ones are noticeable.
There used to be some information on pending updates too, such as a brief description of the update and download size. None of this appears in v62.
Is the headset even updating or is it stuck in a loop trying to load the same update over and over and failing?
A factory reset is out of the question. Unless I know that updates/installations will install successfully and not leave my headset in an inoperable state no factory reset.
