My headset updated to v69 today ...
Before (with v68) I had no problems with Virtual Desktop - there were no stutters - everything worked flawlessly.
With v69 I´m not able to play because of the now occuring massive stutters. I joined PTC and updated to v71, which made the sutters even worse. Now I can´t use VD at all.
I´ve changed nothing in my PC- or router-settings.
Does anyone else have this problem and maybe knows a workaround?

Yeah, just sitting in the void in steamvr with the performance overlay I get frame fluctuations, even worse on the PTC v71. Tried to fix this for over 20 hours of tweaking and resetting, reinstalling, but nothing works. If you find a fix I'd be very happy.

V71 wireless performance is broken and meta doesnt want to do anything to it. Solution is to sideload older firmware but then all connections to internet needs to be disabled because meta is forcing the update no matter what

Hey,
I´m sorry - I forgot to answer you.
What works for me is the following (don´t ask me why ...).
When my wireless connection is lagging, I´m doing the following:
Go into Wifi settings of your Quest and disable Wifi
Wait 5 seconds
enable Wifi again
connect to your Wifi again
Start Virtual Desktop and somehow the lagg is gone
