i got the new update on monday but when i downloaded it there was no downloading bar or anything it just instantly changed current version to v76.1023 but it is still v76 when i go on another account. it says im all up to date and doesnt let me install it? i have factory reset turned in and off and restarted?

I assume, you got the update from 76.1021 to 76.1023.

V 77 is being rolled out in waves - as always - so not all users receive it at the same time.

I also didn't get it yet.

So just wait....no reason for factory reseting the headset

no the version 76.1023 fixes the lag issue in orion drift but it hasn’t fixed any lag and hasn’t applied

You mean your secondary account shows V76.0?

That's for me the same....main account V76.1023, additional account is V76.0.

yes so i’m sure the update didn’t work as the lag remains and it instantly went into current version no download no nothing

I had trouble on secondary account with menu and controllers.

Even though it says V 76.0 on that account, the issues are fixed. so the update definately came through

I don't know, if secondary accounts always only show you the first part of the version ....I never payed attention to that.
