Hello, on Saturdays at 04:22 on October 27, 2024. I received an email telling me that my email address had been changed and contrary to what is written on the website I do not have the possibility to fix it either because of the 2-factor authentication or that the option to ask friends or take a selfie does not work either. As you can see, I am the owner of the account. I would like to disable 2-factor authentication because it is the one who activates it and therefore does not serve to protect my account in addition to change the address of the thief account to or launched or a new one and the password to log in to my account. I sent emails to the support@instagram.com address but no feedback. If you need more information tell me.
