vr not connecting to phone or tv

i have a meta quest 2 and we have been trying for hours to connect it to my phone but nothing we do is working it keeps coming up with “something went wrong”

  • Is this the first time you are setting up your headset?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you attempted so far?
  • Have you confirmed that your headset and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network?
  • Is the mobile app up to date?
