does anybody know why i have sound on VR and not image?

Hi @anca.cuzum, Please try the following suggestion, if they do not help please open a support ticket here. Thanks!

 

  • Disconnect and reconnect the headset cable on both the Rift S (or Rift) side and the PC side
  • Reinstall your video card drivers (suggest clean install from the advanced options on the driver installer)
  • If you have more then once display connected to your PC, reduce it to one display and test
  • Test other devices on the video card ports and see if they work correctly
