warranty issue and company does not stand behind the product

I have the meta quest 3 512gb version the first headset only lasted 8 months then bricked out (unusable). They sent me a refurbished unit no it also is having the same issue and only lasted 5 months. I spoke to Meta quest on the support chat multiple times and it was explained to me that the refurbished unit only had a 4 month warranty and there was nothing they could do but they would offer me a another refurbished unit for $470.00. In my opinion this is the worst customer support that I have ever dealt with. I understand things may have issues but to treat your customers like this and not stand behind your product as it is flawed is unacceptable in my opinion.
