I have been trying to do this for a few hours and I have been getting real cranky with it but I have gotten to the point where the headset is asking me to go to work.meta.com/device and enter a code, when I do it works but when I enter the email I am using it doesnt work..
I have checked the email to see if I was using the right one, I was..
I have made sure each time the spelling was correct and there was no typos, there werent..
I also tried incase a few other emails and they didnt work..
I am using my quest for personal use and nothing to do with business/work so I dont know why I have to do this part at all anyway..
My phone is not properly functioning as well so setting up the quest on my phone is impossible since half the screen no longer functions meaning I am relying on doing this the pc route..
I have however managed to setup the app with my account that I am currently using which from me setting up the Quest 2 with the PC it has transferred connection to the phone so my Quest 2 is connected to the phone..
My email is from what I can tell verified but I will check that once more incase but as of right now I am more than sure its verified..
Please help.. qnq

I actually found a way to get my phone to work which I didnt know was possible but I do have to ask why the work email wasnt working?.

Hey @EddieBaledy! We're happy you were able to find a work around to your issue. In most cases, when you are prompted to use an work email to log into your device, this means you opted in to use your device for business. Which is why the link you visited http://work.meta.com/device, would accept the code that was sent but not the email account if it wasn't tied to a work email.
