  • Hello, can you help me? I bought a Meta 3s yesterday and my phone doesn't recognize them and can't register them. The network is the same and Bluetooth is on. After connecting to the network, the installation takes me to work.meta.com/device and there is only a back button. Thank you for your help.

ON THE SCREEN IT ONLY SAYS GET HELP AND SOME CODE TO CONNECT TO META

@GoofyMantisShrimp4068  What phone are you using to connect to the headset, as some phone apps are currently having technical issues connecting.
