Help I’m stressing, ok my quest is working fine and I still have all my games and friends. However I updated Horizons it asked me Go to Mata.com /set up on your desktop login to your Facebook or oculus account issues associated with your VR device and sync your account . I did this and when I go to horizon worlds it just comes up with this again on a tile and I can’t get past , if I go on to my laptop it then says I already have a meta account . So I’m not having much luck and the troubleshooting just confuses me more . Help

I’m having the same problem. I had a broken headset, returned it for a new one. Never factory reset first one not sure if I was sapose to. Now on the new headset I get the same message. I don’t know what to do either.
