Hello, I tried constantly for awhile now to install Horizon worlds but I get the “add to wishlist” option. Saw a friend playing it a few days ago and he said it was available right off the bat. But when I check it, I can’t install it. I’m well over 18+ and live in the United States. So why is it so hard to install a **bleep** game?!

Both mobile app and headset are updated to the current updates and I tried installing the mobile Quest app from a different browse. but I still get the same results on my mobile app as I do my headset. Coming soon.

You got this fixed yet? I've got a support ticket open and they have just told me to write something here. Pointless. Just sending us round in circles. Come on Meta, fix this issue!!
Nope. I even requested a call back. But even that backfired on me. They emailed me saying that the problem must have been resolved because they couldn't get a hold of me when my phone didn't even ring in the first place! The phone i put down was correct. I just believe that the people working at Meta think theyre actually helping when they're making the problems worse. I could better help from a person with no limbs than going to Meta to solve a problem.
Yeah it's shocking mate. They told me it was a 'roll out'. 2 years+ it's been out and they are still 'rolling' it out. I smell Bull poo. They then told me to factory reset my head set.... WHY? why if it's a roll out????
Imagine Call of Duty being released and them saying "your friends can have it, but you can't. You can on day, but I'm not telling you when".
It could be a region issue—Horizon Worlds isn’t available everywhere yet. For example, Australians can’t play it. Try checking your region settings to see if that’s the problem.
