Hey, @daxpowell466, thanks for reaching out to us! We are hoping that we can help with the situation at hand. If we might ask, is this only happening in Horizion Worlds? Or are there other games or apps too? If this is happening in other games too, it might be the tracking on the headset. Which might need a little troubleshooting or adjustments to your play space. Let us know so that we can come up with a solution together.

This device keeps pushing me and agitating me It doesn't seem to work properly !!!

The program I use most is horizon worlds I'm unsure how other programs on the device are affected by this but there are not many devices that have VR capability yet if this doesn't work properly then I do not have many other options I think that horizon worlds is a malicious program

I have experienced lot's of problems with this program I think someone is maliciously controlling it

Thanks for getting back to us with that information. If you have any other apps or games on your headset, can you try moving on in there to see if you are getting the same problem. If you are, we would like for you try the following troubleshooting steps.

Clearing your Guardian History:

  1. Press the Oculus logo on your right controller
  2. Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  3. Select Settings
  4. In the settings panel, select Guardian
  5. Select 'Clear Guardian history'
  6. Redraw your Guardian boundaries by selecting 'Adjust Guardian' from the Guardian settings menu

Making sure the tracking inside the headset is turned on: By default, your headset will use 6DoF tracking, unless you've turned it off in the Guardian settings panel or lost tracking while in VR.

  1. Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select System from the Settings panel
  4. Select Headset Tracking from the left side panel
  5. Make sure Headset Tracking is ticked

Rebooting your Headset:

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
