Horizon worlds will now not even start up

I just got back from a day out and I cannot access Horizon worlds this is very annoying it just continually cycles through the loading screen displaying messages but the menu does not end up appearing

I cannot access my creations on horizon worlds this is very frustrating

Why does nobody reply?
