Key Portal conundrum

I am having problems with the oculus quest 2 horizon worlds

I made a key and when I put the key in the lock it will activate and respawn the player inside the room but my oculus quest 2 is refusing to do this I am sure I put the code in for this properly but it will not work

Why does nobody reply?

Did you set the tag on the key and lock? Remember an object needs a tag for a trigger.

 Thanks I found that enabling or disabling a trigger seemed to do the job

A script on the key lock itself not on the key! when the key collides with the key lock enable the warp trigger this trigger then respawns the player into  the room this requires more than one trigger 1 for the key lock and another in front of the door to warp the player inside hope this helps
